Andrew Pearson is the Managing Partner of Intelligentsia. With a degree in psychology from UCLA, Pearson has had a varied career in the IT, marketing, mobile technology, social media and entertainment fields. In 2011, Pearson relocated to Hong Kong to open Qualex Asia Limited, bringing its parent company's experience into the ASEAN region. Pearson opened his own consulting company in 2016 and is currently working on projects in countries such as Hong Kong , Macau , Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines and the U.S Pearson has also leveraged Intelligence’s expertise to implement software solutions from such vendors at Datameer, Pentaho, SAS, IBM, Qlik, and Tableau at some of the world's biggest casino operators, cruise lines and lottery companies.
Jerry was a Partner at Ernst & Young for over 27 years during which he established and led the IT and Risk Advisory practices both in the US and Asia Pacific (across 15 countries). Having provided client advisory services to large public and privately held multinational companies globally, he has tremendous expertise in IT transformation, security, risk management, and governance risk and compliance services, especially related to outsourcing and cloud solutions. Jerry is a prominent subject matter expert and highly-requested speaker at international conferences as well as leading professional seminars.
On the completion of a long and successful career with British Telecom (BT), latterly as President of Asia Pacific in February 2006, Graham Moore joined a consulting group in March of that year with responsibility for its Business Development in Asia. it is working with the leadership of corporations to significantly improve company operational effectiveness.
Graham was appointed as president of BT in Asia Pacific in April 2002. Prior to this he held various senior roles within BT including Director of Scotland and Northern Ireland and Director UK regions. With the globalization of the telecommunications marketplace, he played a pivotal role in leading the company’s presence in the Asia Pacific region. His senior appointments included managing director, North East Asia in 1994, in Hong Kong; managing director Australasia (1996) in Sydney; project director and chief commercial officer of StarHub, BT’s joint venture in Singapore, in 1999; and in Japan the creation of a joint venture company with KDDI in 2006. Prior to taking up his Asia Pacific role, Mr. Moore was vice chairman of CBI Scotland, a board member of the Scottish Council for Development and Industry, and a board member of Quality Scotland and the National Opera Company. He is also a past board director of telecommunication companies in Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea.
His main focus has been to leverage his experience, insight and senior level relationships to accelerate the client base growth within the Asia region corporate sector particularly in Telecommunications, Retail and Manufacturing.
Frank is an experienced consultant, specializing in strategy development and operations performance improvement programs for client firms and organizations. Strong project management skillset. Proven business builder with a strong toolkit from leading global consulting organizations. Specialties include food, energy, steel. Strong background in mergers and acquisitions and supply chain management. Frank studies engineering at Stanford University; he received his MBA from MIT Sloan School.

Yun SunDirector of Operations
Yun Sun is a consultant and HR professional. From New York to Hong Kong, she worked for the consulting firms Booz & Co, Proudfoot, School Choice Group. She served external clients in pharmaceuticals, agriculture, consumer products, non-profit, and education. Her former employers also include Bank of America in Charlotte, NC., and the Federal Reserve Board in Washington D.C. Yun studied science and economics at Peking University and Wellesley College. She received her MBA from MIT Sloan School.

For the last 8 years, he has been focusing on educating the local markets with a change of the way we do business analysis and has successfully brought data discovery into numerous enterprises ranging from FSI, retail and manufacturing. Largest project touches the hands of over thousands of users in a single enterprise. Prior to Business Intelligence, Kenneth has spent over 5 years in the field of Information Security consulting where he secured many enterprises by delivering consultancy and audit services.
